What is Gestalt?

Sometimes it can be hard to see the forest for the trees. Gestalt helps create understanding and compassion for how we have lived our lives, and offers us a new perspectives so we can regain our spontaneity that may have been lost along the way

Gestalt is a practice of​attuning awareness

In Gestalt therapy, clients are invited to process their emotions and experiences. In therapy clients may be asked questions such as 'what are you aware of in this moment? or 'what is coming up for you?' In reflecting upon what we are aware of , Gestalt therapists offer their clients the opportunity to discover aspects of themselves , and learn about how we live our life, or ways in which we would like to grow.
